- Firstly boil water in a pot to cook rice... add star anise, salt and peppercorns to it... boil rice in it and drain water. Keep aside.
- In a wok/kadhai heat oil n add chopped ginger garlic n chopped chilles.. saute for 2 mins then add chopped onions fry till golden then add quartered cut mushrooms, yellow capsicum and baby corns (check pic for cutting).
